Gîte 3 * : 1ère partie rénovée, le rez-de-chaussée. A partir de 300 € / semaine. Logement de 65 m2, avec un grand jardin. Accueil de 1 à 4 personnes. Vous disposerez d’une chambre avec un lit 140 x 190, un grand salon / salle à manger avec un BZ (qui déploie un couchage de 140 x 190), une cuisine équipée, une salle de bain avec douche à l’italienne et toilettes, et un hall. Le logement, en rez-de-chaussée, vient d’être totalement refait. Au cœur du domaine viticole, vous profiterez du calme de la campagne environnante, des belles balades à travers les vignes et de la découverte de l’Estuaire de la Gironde tout proche. Draps fournis. Chaise haute et lit parapluie pour bébé, fournis sur demande (gratuit). Lit pour enfant (80 x 180) fourni sur demande (gratuit). Linge de toilettes non fournis (en plus si fournis : 5 € par personne). (Forfait ménage : 60 €). 1 animal accepté (chat ou chien). Bonne vacances !

You will have a bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed, a large living / dining room with a BZ (which deploys a bed of 140 x 190), an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet , and a lobby. The accommodation, on the ground floor, has just been completely redone. At the heart of the wine estate, you will enjoy the calm of the surrounding countryside, beautiful walks through the vineyards and the discovery of the nearby Gironde Estuary. Linens provided. High chair and cot for baby, provided on request (free). Child’s bed (80 x 180) provided on request (free). Bathroom linen not provided (additional if provided: €5 per person).
